Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for end to end Recruitment cycle till onboarding.
- Sourcing candidates from various identified channels (viz., Job portals, Employee Referrals,Networking sites, etc.)
- Screening of Profiles and mapping with the requirement specifications defined in the job description.
- Telephonic screening of candidates and conducting the preliminary HR interview for assessing the suitability of candidate.
- Scheduling Interviews and coordinating with identified Technical team and respective Internal Stakeholders for Interviews.
- Negotiate compensation packages and monitor progress on hiring until candidate joins Organization.
- Persistently endeavor in reducing declines and improve hiring numbers; maintain quality in candidates hired and adhere to defined deadlines.
- Maintaining interview trackers & related recruitment reports.
- Strong knowledge and experience in campus hiring is essential.
- Support TA leadership when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Technical hiring’s, preferably within the IT staffing industry.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates within specified timelines
