Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for end to end Recruitment cycle till onboarding.
• Sourcing candidates from various identified channels (viz., Job portals, Employee Referrals,Networking sites, etc.)
• Screening of Profiles and mapping with the requirement specifications defined in the job description.
• Telephonic screening of candidates and conducting the preliminary HR interview for assessing the suitability of candidate.
• Scheduling Interviews and coordinating with identified Technical team and respective Internal Stakeholders for Interviews.
• Negotiate compensation packages and monitor progress on hiring until candidate joins Organization.
• Persistently endeavor in reducing declines and improve hiring numbers; maintain quality in candidates hired and adhere to defined deadlines.
• Maintaining interview trackers & related recruitment reports.
• Strong knowledge and experience in campus hiring is essential.
• Support TA leadership when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Technical hiring’s, preferably within the IT staffing industry.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates within specified timelines
